RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Ernst Jewelers!
Items purchased up to $1,000 may be returned within 5 days for a full credit if the merchandise has not been worn, sized, links or stickers removed and warranty has not been filled out.
Returned items purchased with credit cards will be refunded to the same card. If paid by check or cash, allow 10 business days for a company check to be mailed to you.
Refunds will be only issued to the original purchaser.
No refunds will be given for cancelled special order items, cancelled layaway items,custom made items, or sale items.
All boxes, papers and warranties must be included for a return.
No returns will be permitted for items over $1,000. Merchandise with a purchase price over $1,000 may be exchanged for credit with 10 days if the merchandise hasn’t been worn, altered or warranties filled out.
Exchanges are permitted within 10 days as long as the item has not been altered, worn, or sized. Watches can not have stickers removed, warranties filled out or links removed.
All boxes, papers and warranties must be included for an exchange.
*All special orders require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the purchase price.
**Special orders which have not been paid in full within 90 days of receipt of merchandise are subject to forfeiture of deposit.
